At NXT UP Initiative, we believe that potential has no zip code, no income level, and no limitations. Every young athlete carries within them the ability to achieve greatness—but too often, a lack of resources, guidance, and opportunity prevents that potential from being fully realized.

We exist to change that.

NXT UP Initiative is dedicated to empowering youth athletes facing financial hardship by providing access to mentorship, fitness development, camps, college recruitment opportunities, and the support systems necessary to succeed both in sports and in life.

We understand that success is about more than athletic performance. It is about building confidence, developing character, learning discipline, and creating opportunities that can change the course of a young person's future. Through meaningful relationships, community involvement, and direct support, we help young athletes overcome barriers and take the next step toward their goals.

Our vision is a future where no athlete is forced to give up on their dreams because of circumstances beyond their control. A future where talent is matched with opportunity, hard work is met with support, and every young person has the chance to pursue their full potential.
